EquiVolt helps reduce electricity waste by making energy storage accessible to homeowners and making the energy market fairer for customers.

We started EquiVolt after realising how dysfunctional the current system is. When it's windy, our turbines generate more electricity than we can use, but there's not enough capacity in the grid to save it for later. The result? We wasted over £1 billion in 2025 alone paying to turn wind turbines out of the wind. That waste costs customers money and undermines our renewable energy goals.

We think everyone should benefit from the energy transition, not just large energy companies. That's why we focus on battery systems that deliver real savings to homeowners while helping stabilise the grid.
