Do you have a suitable installation area?
A dry space on the ground floor or garage with a solid wall/floor. Not in a bedroom or bathroom. Typical space required: 1.8m (h) x 0.5m (d) x 1.0m (w).

Can we run cables between the install space, your meter and your main consumer unit (MCU)?
We normally avoid bathrooms, bedrooms and very complicated routes.

3. Main Consumer Unit (MCU)

What condition is your main consumer unit (MCU) in?

4. Connectivity & Access

How good is mobile signal in your home?

How easy is access for installers?

5. Existing Connections
